Core range definition

For ease of use each customer profile can be set up to show only the approved product list. This encourages operatives at site level to stick to your company’s core range of chemicals and machinery. This helps simplify operative training requirements, and reduces health & safety risks across your business.

Colour coding functionality

When viewing or printing task specific cards operatives, supervisors or managers can not only choose the desired product to complete a task but they can also select the colour coding of the equipment they are required to use. All illustrated equipment and personal protective equipment is modified to the selected colour. This simple function is an essential step in training of new staff to maintain consistency across your organisation and to prevent cross contamination in sensitive environments. Like all other functionality on the site this is achieve at the click of a button.

Security

This site has sophisticated security measures that will allow you to store company information safely and securely in an online environment that is available for all your employees to view. This could range from health and safety information, company code of conduct through to environmental standards or even site cleaning specifications and schedules.

Multi-lingual capabilities

The site can currently produce bespoke material in multiple different languages and this list of languages continues to grow. This site has proven itself to be an invaluable tool for training new staff with limited English language skills. Due to the illustrative nature of the material it has also proved to be popular with operatives with limited literacy abilities. As the cleaning methodology is based on BICSs approved methods, the output from the site also ensures best practice standards are maintained at a site level.
